About Dave

I grew up in a small town just outside of  Philadelphia! My father was a mechanic so I learned to work with my hands at a young age. I started working with wood as soon as I could hold tools. I graduated from a trade school with a degree in cabinetry and millwork. The rest is history, I have been working in or around the industry since 1991.

My time off is spent with my amazing wife Naia and our dog Elmer. Hobbies include biking, hiking, skiing and anything outdoors!

I started Deckers Fine Woodworking in Canada a few years after moving to Alberta. We provide high end woodwork with a personal touch!
